Report any dental accidents to us so that incorrect decisions are not made
Notice
- If there is heavy bleeding, press a clean cloth onto the wound.
- Only touch the broken tooth at the crown and never at the root and do not clean it.
- You can place the tooth in a bag/tupperware in milk or isotonic saline solution to preserve it until it reaches the dentist's surgery.

- What happened?
- When did it happen?
- How?
- Where?
- Age of the person?
- Are milk or permanent teeth/crowns/bridges affected?
- Have soft tissues, gums, tongue or lip been injured?
- Is there an allergy to antibiotics or other medication?
